The Camps . . .

Kahagon and Nichols Pond are special — a secret place to discover tranquility, peace, and healing. Our Policies include:

• You must be 25 years old or older and agree to the policies to rent.

• Check in is 3pm. Guest services will meet your party at the cabin you are renting or returning guests can arrive anytime after 3pm.

• Check out is 11am. We appreciate the cabin to be left the way it was found. Please do not move furniture or fixtures. An extra fee will be charged for dirty dishes, cabin floors etc. All cabins have a broom and dust pan.

• Please strip beds of top sheet, bottom sheet, and pillow cases. Place sheets and used towels in pillow case on departure day.

• Bath towels are provided; please do not use as beach towels.

• All cabins have a black garbage can. Place only bagged garbage in them. Recycle bin is also available.

• Please respect the maximum number of people per cabin. No parties, events, or social gatherings. If found above occupancy limits we reserve the right to terminate your stay.

• Please do not park on the lawn and note the number of vehicles allowed per cabin: Murray 2 vehicles. Erskine 3 vehicles. Beehive and Ashley 2 vehicles. Outspan 3 vehicles. Kahuna 2 vehicles.

• We all love our furry friends, but if you can arrange for them to be cared for at home while you are gone, please do so. If you bring your dog, please keep them off of the beds and furniture and bring their own bed or kennel. Please limit the barking for other guests and pick up any litter with a doggy bag. A pet fee of $50 for dogs will be added to your reservation for the extra cleaning.

• Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property. Smoking in a cabin will result in a $400 charge to have the cabin deep cleaned.

• Please return canoes to rack (for Murray Cabin) and platform (for Erskine Cabin). Please put life jackets where they were found.
