Outspan is our year round log cabin rental. Come bring your snowmobile, cross country skis, snowshoes, bikes, hiking boots, canoe, kayaks, fishing pole, swimming trunks, hunting gear . . . you name it! Located directly on the VAST snowmobile trail corridor 15 near junction CA 80 and 3/4 of a mile from Nichols Ledge. This spacious log cabin has its own small pond and sleeps up to six people. Two bedrooms upstairs, a loft area, and one bedroom downstairs along with a bathroom upstairs and down. Full kitchen, except for a dishwasher. This cabin has recently had some upgrades to the interior along with a beautiful gas log stove for those chilly nights. The cabin has also had a mud room addition attached to the side door with radiant heat, washer, dryer, and internet. Outspan has a big yard, fire pit, and plenty of parking for a snowmobile trailer. There is also access to private trails throughout the 200 acre property and during the summer months we now have Nichols Pond access with a dock and parking area. Book this cabin for a long weekend, a week, a month, or for the whole winter season. Located just 20 minutes from Greensboro, 25 minutes from Coles Pond Cook Shack, 30 minutes from the Craftsbury Outdoor Center, 44 minutes from Stowe, 50 minutes from Burke Mountain, and 3 hrs from Boston.

$170/night Sunday - Thursday. $180/night Friday - Saturday plus tax, based on occupancy of 4. $15/night for each additional person up to 6. Two night minimum. Stays 5 nights or longer will include a cleaning fee of $50
